The Journal of Law is a press agency of Hanoi Law University founded on September 09, 1994 under Decision No. 763 - QD/TCCB dated September 9, 1994 by the Minister of Justice with the principle, information purposes, propaganda policies, policies and laws of the State on the training and legal science research; published, introduction of scientific research works to serve the training and scientific research of teaching staff, students, graduate students, students; academic exchange in legal science; dissemination of methods, research experience, teaching, learning of the School, other law training institutions in the country and internationally.
For more than 25 years of construction and development, the Journal has always held its position as one of the leading quality and prestigious journals in the field of legal science research. From the first issue of the journal you read (No. 1/1994) to date, the Journal of Law has published and released to serve you read 247 periodicals and 23 special publications with more than 2,700 scientific articles of nearly 700 authors inside and outside the University including many foreign authors from the UK, France, Germany, Sweden, Australia, Japan, China, Laos. The Journal also brought together many experts and scientists at home and abroad to participate in the Editorial Board, participate in the criticism for the Magazine.
In terms of quality, the Journal of Jurisprudence is not only a reference database, cited for the training and scientific research activities of the Hanoi Law University, is a prestigious academic exchange forum in the study of legal science, but also has positive contributions in the development and organization of law enforcement, especially the important legal documents of the State such as: The Constitution, the law, the law, the law... Over the past 25 years, the Journal has written many articles, special journals or special issues to contribute to the Constitution and major and important laws of our country such as: Civil Code, Civil Procedure Code, Criminal Code, Criminal Procedure Code... Many issues appeared in the Magazine forums were absorbed and revised before the draft laws and ordinances were approved by National Assembly. Many articles and special issues of the Journal of Law have helped readers to be fully and keenly aware of legal documents and contributed to the development of these documents. Articles in the Journal of Jurisprudence have timely reflected the country's events, especially the issues of integration: many articles commenting, analyzing, commenting on relevant aspects when Vietnam joins the Comprehensive and progressive Trans-Pacific Partnership, new generation free trade agreements ...; special numbers celebrating the 60th anniversary of the UN, the 50th anniversary of ASEAN...; articles writing, the Special Article deals with the issue of sovereignty and protection of national sovereignty such as the Law of the Sea...
