This article examines the legal aspects of the registration of accessory rights, namely rights in respect of adjacent land plots and usufruct rights over land parcels and other assets attached to land (in particular) and/or the right to limited use of a land parcel to which another person has the use rights (in general), within their dependent relationship with the principal right (the land use right), which arise under the land registration mechanism falling within the regulatory scope of the Law on Land; and examines the legislative experiences of Germany and France as a basis for proposing amendments to the provisions on the registration of changes of rights to limited use of a land parcel to which another person has the use rights in Vietnam
